Mindful Body

A mindful body radiates confidence, strength, and resilience. This service provides a movement-based evaluation using tools from the Functional Movement Systems, including the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). Through an in-depth evaluation of your current movement patterns, and areas for growth, we develop a tailored, comprehensive program designed to enhance performance, build confidence, and elevate your athletic potential.

Secondly, the Mindful Body program also incorporates guided meditation to enhance nervous system regulation and body awareness. Exploration of bodily sensations and control over the heart and breathing rate give the individual a greater sense of control and confidence of mind and body. Heart rate variability biofeedback (HRVB) will also be incorporated in the process to improve heart brain coherence.
