Please note that OneBreath Vermont is only accepting insurance payments for psychiatric services: Medication management, psychiatric evaluation, psychotherapy, telemedicine, and other therapeutic modalities such as biofeedback and guided meditation (if covered by plan).

OneBreath Vermont is currently accepting payment from the following health insurance providers:

• Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont

• CBA Blue

• Out of Network

  • Client pays for the service up front and OneBreath Vermont will create a “Superbill” which is a note that includes the necessary diagnosis and billing codes and can be given to your health insurance company to seek reimbursement.

OneBreath Vermont accepts cash and check for services rendered.

• A credit card can be charged at the time of service.

• A credit card can be saved securely within the client portal and billed automatically for ongoing services, programs, or treatments.
