Psychiatric Evaluation
A psychiatric evaluation involves a comprehensive assessment of psychosocial factors and a detailed review of current and past treatment modalities, including medications, previous treatment modalities, lifestyle changes, coping strategies, family history, medical history, social history, and current mental state. Additionally, a psychiatric evaluation is a thorough exploration of presenting symptoms, diagnostic screenings, and potentially lab tests to rule out any underlying medical conditions.
After the evaluation, the client and provider will work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that incorporates a range of strategies. This plan may involve lifestyle modifications, psychotherapy, exercise, supplements or medications, and referrals to specialists for tailored care. Our goal is to foster a holistic approach to mental health that promotes long-term well-being and resilience.
